What we award
ICONIC Academy awards certificates of completion for continuing professional education. A certificate documents that a named person completed a defined course, the learning hours involved, and the date of completion.
What we do not award
We do not award degrees, doctorates, masters, bachelors, diplomas, academic credit, credit hours, or transcripts. We are not a degree-granting institution and hold no authorization to grant degrees, because we do not grant them and do not intend to.
Certificates are not licenses
A certificate from ICONIC Academy is not a license, registration, or government authorization of any kind. It confers no scope of practice and grants no permission to perform any activity that is otherwise restricted. It does not entitle any holder to use the title "Doctor" or any post-nominal letters.
Continuing education, not entry training
Our courses are continuing professional education intended for practitioners already working in natural and integrative care. They are not designed or advertised as providing the skills for entry into a paid occupation, and they do not prepare anyone to begin practice.
Accreditation
ICONIC Academy is not accredited by any recognized accrediting body and makes no accreditation claim.
Medical disclaimer
Nothing in any ICONIC Academy course is medical advice, and no course qualifies any person to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Where course material addresses recognizing when a client should be referred to a physician, it does so exclusively to support timely referral, never to support assessment or treatment.
Relationship with ICONIC Board
ICONIC Academy shares ownership with ICONIC Board. Academy courses and certificates carry no weight toward any ICONIC Board credential, are not a prerequisite for any credential, and are not considered in Board review. The Board recognizes no school's programs, including ours.
Refunds
Full refund within 14 days of enrollment if less than 25 percent of the course has been completed. After that, no refund.
